Niamh Brady graduated from Carlow IT with a BSc (Hons) in Sport Rehabilitation and Athletic Therapy. Following this Niamh started a successful career working in private clinics and sports clubs in Kilkenny and Carlow.
In 2015 Niamh opened Body Kinetic @Granby, Carlow’s new Physical Therapy and Sports Injury Clinic.
We treat a wide range of clients from the sedentary to elite athletes. We focus on postural and biomechanical assessment (looking into the alignment of the joints), occupational and sport injuries, exercise based rehabilitation and re-injury prevention.
